Abstract

The objective of this article is to provide a comprehensive overview of the principal works authored by Jorge de Sena concerning Camões. It seeks to illustrate that these studies, rather than being a mere collection of essays, represent integral components of a broader project aimed both at a general re-interpretation of Camões’ poetry and at the formulation of a critical methodology to be employed in literary and cultural studies.

Author Biography

Lucas Laurentino, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ)

Doutor em Literaturas Portuguesa e Africanas pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Letras Vernáculas da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, onde também fez o Mestrado e a Graduação, tendo desenvolvido pesquisas dedicadas ao poeta português Jorge de Sena em diálogos interdisciplinares com a filosofia e a pedagogia. Integra o Grupo de Estudos em Cultura Pop, sediado na Faculdade de Letras da UFRJ, e administra, sob a supervisão de Gilda Santos, o site Ler Jorge de Sena.
